Jeff Dale
Jeff Dale has over 15 years experience in assisting government contractors with improving their accounting and financial management practices. With NeoSystems, his expertise includes P&L management, risk management, bank negotiation, and developing policies and procedures to meet Defense Contract Auditing Agency (DCAA) regulations. Prior to joining NeoSystems, Jeff served as Chief Financial Officer for a midsized government contractor. He worked with management teams to enhance contract performance and execution, while institutionalizing monthly financial reporting. Jeff was also the primary contact for both public and government auditors and responsible for the preparation of provisional indirect rates and incurred cost proposals to the DCAA. He has had similar duties and responsibilities for government reporting with other companies. Jeff also served as a Senior Systems Consultant with Deltek. During his tenure, he assisted and counseled clients using Deltek GCS Premier® and Deltek Time & Expense™. Jeff graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and has passed the CPA exam.
