Jim Henriksen
Jim Henriksen joined NeoSystems with over 25 years experience in government contracting, including 16 years of accounting management. He has managed and directed the full scope of accounting and financial management functions, including procurement, accounts payable, payroll, billings and cash receipts, monthly closings, contract management and administration, and accounting system administration. Today, Jim assists clients with strategic and day-to-day accounting operations as a part of NeoSystems’ Managed Accounting Services. With deep experience using Deltek Costpoint®, Jim’s direction and assistance has led government contractors to overcome accounting and financial management obstacles. Companies are better able to track and accelerate employee productivity, resulting in improved decision making, more efficient operations, and greater opportunities to secure new business. Jim has 20 years of experience working with a variety of Deltek and IBM software products, including System 1®, GCS Premier®, Costpoint®, Time & Expense™, and Impromptu®. Jim earned a Bachelor of Science from Shepherd University, with a concentration in the field of accounting.
