Richard Kirby joins NeoSystems with more than 20 years of high-technology business development experience. He plays a critical role in supporting internal and external operations, product development, as well as marketing and service efforts. By emphasizing solutions and forecasting future product requirements, he plays a critical role in helping companies build their world-class back offices. Richard has also assisted with NeoSystems’ expansion into multiple industry sectors. Before joining NeoSystems, Richard was the Alliance Partner Manager for Deltek. He provided frontline support for existing partners, recruited new ones, and expanded the subscription software business. Significantly, he was in the in-house advocate for the partners and their needs within Deltek. For Road Runner/Time Warner, Richard negotiated contracts and service agreements and resolved operational issues with key technology partners and online services, including CISCO, Microsoft, Motorola, Compaq, Nortel, Oracle, and others. This met operational requirements, while saving tens of millions of dollars and gaining favorable business terms. Other companies Richard has served include Freddie Mac, Best Software, and Quantum Design. Richard earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from the University of California San Diego.
