Pamela Potts

Pamela Potts leads NeoSystems' Human Capital Management department with over 20 years of experience in the HR and Accounting industries. Her chief responsibility is to shape the company's strategic direction for maximizing the potential of each one of its employees. Along with the Human Capital team, Pamela is responsible for all recruiting, on-boarding, training and development, performance management, organizational development, compensation, and benefits functions within NeoSystems. 

Before joining NeoSystems in 2009, Pamela spent 15 years at Deltek in a variety of capacities. Her in-depth knowledge of Deltek's products and ability to train others has been invaluable in developing NeoSystems' line of training courses. Since launching NeoSystems' training offering, the division has grown exponentially, and now includes courses on Deltek GCS Premier and Costpoint. 

Among her numerous accreditations, Pamela is an International Coach Federation (ICF) Certified Coach and holds a Leadership Coaching Certificate from Georgetown University's Center for Professional Development. Additionally, she is certified in the Myers Briggs Type Indicator, Thomas-Kilman Conflict Mode Instrument, Leadership Circle Profile, The Leadership Culture Survey, DISC Profile, Situational Leadership, and other talent/leadership assessments. 

Pamela is a former Certified Public Accountant in the State of Virginia, and possesses a Master's degree in Accounting from George Mason University. She also holds a Bachelor's of Business Administration from Chaminade University of Honolulu.
