Louis Delouiser

Louis is NeoSystems’ Vice President, Technology Consulting Services. He has over 25 years of experience designing and implementing integrated solutions as well as providing ongoing maintenance and support for Deltek solutions. His expertise includes managing Deltek applications in a cloud hosting environment, along with integrating with third party applications including CMI, Sharepoint, OnBase, SAP, and Oracle.

As NeoSystems’ Vice President, Technology Consulting Services, Louis will oversee Management of Development, Integration, Tech, FP&A teams (BI & TM1); providing technology services across industries and platforms. His work will help to better develop enterprise solutions for large multi-billion dollar organizations and integrate project management teams utilizing standard project management and AGILE methodologies.

Prior to joining NeoSystems, Louis served as Director, Customer Care & Technical Services for Merlin International, Inc., where he managed over 150 clients using cloud hosting applications such as Deltek Costpoint, along with reducing IT department response time by 50% through efficiencies in immediate response process.
