Kara Harrod has been named as Director of New Product Integration. She will
coordinate product customization, implementation, customer roll-out, and user
support functions for all products. This includes a Policy & Procedure Management
Tool, a Document Management & Workflow System, a Contract Management Tool,
Dashboards and a file sharing tool that allows clients to access and save information
while using rigorous standards and protocols for security and privacy.
Prior to joining NeoSystems, Ms. Harrod served as a Systems Engineer at Deltek,
Inc. She provided leadership in educating clients and fellow employees to become
proficient in their use of software products, particularly Deltek’s GCS
Premier and Time Collection. This was accomplished through in-person meetings,
classroom presentations, and the development of training manuals. She will be
responsible for managing the firm’s efforts to integrate these new products
with the Deltek suite of software applications and introduce their use throughout
the firm’s customer base.
Miriam Kaffke has been named NeoSystems’ Human Resources Director. She
formerly served as a senior human resources specialist at Booz Allen Hamilton.
For 15 years Ms. Kaffke has helped established and start-up companies to succeed
by collaborating with executives to develop innovative organizational strategies
that maximize human performance and improve employee relations.
James Henriksen has been named Vice President, Client Services. He has 25 years
of government contract experience, including 16 years of accounting management.
