Josh Cramer – Sr. Vice President of Sales and Chief Revenue Officer
Josh joins the NeoSystems team with over 15 years of Business Development experience including ten years selling directly to the Federal government and the government contracting marketplace.
Josh comes from BlueVoyant Government Solutions, where he was responsible for standing up the business development function and developing the go-to market strategy for the federal government market team. In this role, Josh led the integration of the p
roducts, cyber and supply chain risk, and brand of the legacy 202 Group, and its parent company BlueVoyant into the combined BlueVoyant Government Solutions offering. In his time, the team expanded BlueVoyant’s customer base and presence across the defense and national security sector including developing strategic partnerships across the large defense prime contractors to provide security solutions to the Defense Industrial Base (DIB) that mitigated disruptions and infiltrations for critical programs.
Prior to BlueVoyant, Josh led the Business Development efforts at Key Solutions Inc (KSI), the largest government contracting services provider of opportunity pursuit services (capture, proposal, and orals coaching). In this role, Josh led the new business development and account renewal teams to diversify and enhance KSI’s customer base. KSI’s customers included technology firms, commercial companies, and systems integrators who were focused on targeting and expanding their footprint in their respective markets.
Prior to KSI, Josh worked across the DC area for companies such as Gartner, Gallup, and Govini providing strategic and technical solutions to their customers.
