Service Secures Financial Data Cost-Effectively

Vienna, Virginia/May 27, 2008 – NeoSystems Corp., which provides accounting and financial management services to government contractors and non-profit organizations, today announced it is offering a Backup and Disaster Recovery Service for the Deltek GCS Premier® accounting software.

In today’s increasing competitive government contracting market, disaster recovery is often considered when awarding both prime and sub-contracts. For small and medium-sized companies, it can be challenging and expensive to have a redundant infrastructure and a remote backup site for their Deltek GCS Premier data and accounting system.

The Disaster Recovery Service for Deltek GCS Premier uses an encrypted Internet connection to synchronize the client’s accounting data to NeoSystems’ data center. The client can declare and switch to disaster recovery mode quickly. Access to GCS Premier and the data is provided through a secure remote Internet connection to the hosting center. Annual testing is included in the affordable monthly fee.

“Because of the complexity and array of concerns involved with disaster recovery, and the many time demands that leaders at small and mid-size government contractors have, it is easy to overlook disaster recovery and business continuity programs,” said Michael Tinsley, President and Chief Executive Officer of NeoSystems Corp.

“Yet, these programs are often critical for keeping government business and securing new contracts – as well as the very survival of the contractor itself. We understand the importance of this service, and our clients’ needs, and have developed an Internet-based, secure, offsite, and enterprise-class protection service,” said Mr. Tinsley.

NeoSystems provides a world-class data service center that ensures redundant infrastructure and a remote back-up site for clients’ GCS Premier accounting systems. This keeps data safe and accessible, allowing for peace of mind, and greater focus on the company’s primary business.

“As a SAS-70 certified firm, NeoSystems has the internal controls and high standards that help our clients comply with the Sarbanes Oxley Act and ensures that their data is protected. Our disaster recovery system is tested and verifiable, so that our clients’ needs are continuously met,” said Rob Wilson, Chief Operating Officer of NeoSystems Corp.

Deltek GCS Premier is a powerful, easy-to-use solution, designed specifically for small- to midsized businesses, that manages corporate finances and project accounting, while also dramatically reducing operating costs and expensive risks. Because it is compliant with DCAA (Defense Contract Auditing Agency) and other government requirements for cost accounting systems, GCS Premier can meet the financial management and audit needs of even the most demanding government contractor.

Based in Vienna, Virginia, NeoSystems Corp. is an employeeowned Managed Service Provider that specializes in accounting and financial management services. It provides full-scope, on-site services to a wide array of publicly held and privately owned government contractors.
