Ron Patrick

Ron Patrick brings over 30 years of deep, specialized experience supporting Government Contractors with Deltek ERP solutions in cloud-hosted environments.

For the past 16 years, Ron has been a driving force at NeoSystems, advancing from Consultant to IT Director and now serves as Senior Vice President of Information Technology.  In each role, Ron has demonstrated exceptional leadership—guiding high-performing teams, spearheading complex ERP implementations, and delivering scalable, high-impact solutions that enhance operational efficiency and client success.

Before joining NeoSystems, Ron spent over 15 years at Deltek, where he rose through the ranks from Database Administrator to Director of Operations. As a key member of the Operations Leadership team, he led change control and release management for Costpoint and Time & Expense—ensuring seamless upgrades, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence for federal contractors.

Ron’s leadership is defined by his ability to align technology with business strategy, foster cross-functional collaboration, and cultivate a culture of continuous improvement. His strategic vision and hands-on approach make him a trusted advisor to clients and a catalyst for innovation within the organization.
