Brad Mitchell – Senior Vice President, Professional Services & Product Delivery
Brad brings a unique perspective to consulting that is not commonly found in the industry. He has the detailed information technology and systems expertise, including an understanding of accounting and finance systems at the database and application levels, as well as extensive functional experience. Prior to his consulting role he held multiple mid to executive level positions for government contracting entities including Software Engineer, Program Manager, and Vice President of Finance. This diverse background and intimate familiarity with the day to day operations of government contractors allows him to address client issues quickly and understand the bigger picture in his current role at Neosystems.
Brad leads the Professional Services organization in the successful delivery of services including system design and implementation, upgrades, integration, optimization, Change Management and the resell and delivery of ERP software solutions including Deltek. His team also provides integrated solutions for UKG Pro (HCM), Integrify, Workday Adaptive Planning and SAP Concur solutions to enhance NeoSystems clients’ back office investments. In addition, Brad manages client relationships and provides support to the Sales organization for both product and services offerings.
Previous to joining NeoSystems, Brad was Principal Consultant and Owner of ZooM Consulting. He has also held senior roles at Qinetiq North America and ITS Corporation. Brad holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from University of California, San Diego and an MBA from California Lutheran University.
