Throughout his career, Gregory has demonstrated exceptional versatility in the HCM space, working on every side of the implementation table—from internal leadership roles to consulting partnerships. His deep expertise in UKG Pro, spanning 15+ years across the platform’s suite of offerings, enables him to serve as a trusted advisor to clients navigating complex HR and Payroll technology challenges.
Prior to NeoSystems, Gregory held senior leadership positions where he drove strategic HR initiatives at scale. As Senior Manager of Compensation & HRIS at Gate Gourmet, Inc., he led enterprise-wide system optimization across North America and contributed to global HRIS initiatives. His background also includes experience at FBR & Co., a prominent investment bank, and Human Capital Think, where he honed his consulting approach to HR business challenges.
At NeoSystems, Gregory oversees support for 70+ client databases and 3,000+ end users, managing full-cycle implementations while developing innovative solutions tailored to each organization’s unique needs.
