Pauline McPhail

Pauline has worked at both large and small corporations in both commercial and government environments. Her experience includes international business operations, implementing corporate enterprise resource systems, exploiting new growth opportunities, strategic planning, resource allocation, cost accounting, government auditing, tax compliance, and organization development.

She is an expert in government accounting and contracting and is respected by government officials from both the Defense Contract Audit Agency and Defense Contract Management Agency. With over 20 years of experience managing and implementing ERP systems, specializing in Deltek products.  A past recipient of the Tampa Bay CFO of the year award and founding member of the Greater Tampa Bay chapter of Women in Defense.

Previous to joining NeoSystems, Pauline has served as President of Hui Huliau Services, CFO of Advanced C4 Solutions, owner of Network Accounting and owner of Pedagogy Solutions.  She is a graduated from the University of South Florida with a bachelor’s in science in Business Administration.
