Randy Cole – Senior Vice President, Consulting & Product Sales
Randy is an executive with over 30 years of multi-faceted experience providing a strong financial and technical perspective. His diverse leadership experience transcends multiple business functions including financial and account management, program management, software development and system implementations. He has a reputation of building and transforming organizations into productive and efficient teams.
Randy was selected to lead the Professional Services organization in the successful delivery of services including system design and implementation, integration, optimization and the resell of ERP software solutions to include Deltek and NetSuite. The team also provides integrated solutions for Ultipro (HCM), Integrify, and Adaptive Insights to enhance NeoSystems clients’ back office investments.
In addition, Randy is responsible for business and partnership development, managing client relationships and providing support to the Sales organization for both product and services offerings.
Previously at NeoSystems Randy was responsible for providing managed accounting services for NeoSystems’ government contractor client base. Along with the strategic management of his client’s accounting departments, Randy also specializes in designing and implementing Deltek Costpoint and GCS solutions.
In 2015 Randy was recognized as NeoSystems “most valuable employee” by being awarded the Haybale Award. Prior to that, Randy NeoSystems recognized him for his contributions to the organization with the Teamwork award.
Previous to joining NeoSystems, Randy held a wide range of roles at Deltek during his 15 year tenure including Vice President in the Software Engineering organization as well as Managing Director for Sales, Services, and Account Management. Within these roles, Randy implemented Deltek solutions for clients in multiple industries in both the government contracting and commercial spaces. His clients included systems integrators, research firms, architecture and engineering firms, and not-for-profit organizations. Randy has also presented sessions at the company’s annual users conference. Prior to Deltek, Randy held several positions at Computer Sciences Corporation in Accounting, Program Control, Pricing, and Software Consulting, Development and Support.
Randy holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree in Finance from East Carolina University.
