NeoSystems and Chainbridge Technologies Announce Pioneering Mobile Timesheets Service for Government Contractors

Enables government-contracting professionals to meet strict federal reporting requirements with an App built for smart phones and tablets

Tysons Corner, VA/April 25, 2012 – NeoSystems Corp. today announced the introduction of Mobile Timesheets, a SaaS solution that integrates with Deltek Time Collection™, powered by the Chainbridge T&Emobile. app. This application enables government-contracting professionals to remotely report their time for billing activities on government contracts. With the federal government requiring daily time reporting, Mobile Timesheets will be particularly helpful for those who are traveling or have limited access to a computer connected to the internet. NeoSystems will make the app available to customers who use their managed accounting or hosting services.

With this mobile app, professionals obtain real-time integration with Deltek Time Collection, the leading timesheet software solution for government contractors. Users with an iPhone® or iPad®, an Android™ phone or tablet, Windows Mobile, or newer Blackberry® phones can enter their time using the Mobile Timesheets over a 3G, 4G, or WiFi internet connection. The app allows users to select projects, accounts, organizations, labor categories, pay types, labor locations, and other information in order to review and complete necessary information, all while on the go. Supervisors can also complete review and approval of their subordinates’ timesheets using the app.
