NeoSystems Announces Relationship with Administaff

Company to Offer Electronic Time Card Solution to Small and Medium-Sized Government Contractors

Vienna, Virginia/May 12, 2009 – NeoSystems Corp., which helps government contractors and non-profit organizations to meet accounting and financial management challenges, today announced that it has entered into an agreement with Administaff (NYSE:ASF), a leading provider of human resources services for small and medium-sized businesses.

NeoSystems will offer its support to Administaff government contract clients to implement an electronic Time Card system that is compliant with the rigorous standards of the Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) and other stringent government accounting requirements (FAR/CAS). “NeoSystems’ portal will translate and transfer time card data from the Deltek Time Card system to Administaff’s Employee Service CenterSM which will result in less manual processing, improved and more accurate data, and faster processing,” said Michael Tinsley, President and Chief Executive Officer of NeoSystems.
