Ms. Jung has worked in the IT industry as a strategy consultant and systems engineer. She holds certifications in ITIL Foundation v3, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Certified Scrum Master, Project Management Professional (PMP) and specializes in advising clients on leveraging innovative design thinking methodologies and strategies to build great online user and customer service experiences through business process improvement, service design, social media and technology.
Ms. Jung is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and specializes in IT Strategy, Enterprise Architecture, IT Portfolio Analysis, Technology Insertion, Systems Engineering, Business Process Analysis, Requirements Analysis, and Project Management. Ms. Jung earned a Master of Science in Information and Telecommunication Systems from Johns Hopkins University and received her Bachelor of Science in Information Systems and Minor in Business Administration from Carnegie Mellon.
