GovCon Accounting and Deltek Expert, Randy Cole, Appointed SVP of Consulting Services and Product Sales by NeoSystems Corp
NeoSystems Corp,a Platinum Deltek partner and an award-winning provider of outsourced accounting, hosting, systems consulting and other vital strategic back office services, announced today that Randy Cole has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Consulting Services and Product Sales, effective immediately and joins the company Executive Team. Randy is a five year veteran of NeoSystems and moves over from the Managed Accounting Services (MAS) Division where he was Vice President of Client Services.

Randy has a unique perspective that will benefit govcon companies: he has been a Deltek client, Deltek employee and a Deltek partner/customer. He was a Deltek client during his 11 years with CSC in cost accounting and consulting roles; then a Deltek employee/executive for 15 years in quality control, software design and managing consulting delivery; and, most recently, a Deltek partner with NeoSystems.
Among his numerous accomplishments, Randy spearheaded the creation of NeoSystems first remote business operations center to provide back office services outside of the Washington metro area. He also led an extremely complex system implementation of Deltek Costpoint for the Federal division of large multi-national company and then set up their outsourced accounting function from the ground-up. Randy is also credited with changing the model for delivering managed accounting services to enable more efficiency and scalability.
In 2012, Randy won NeoSystems’ annual “Teamwork” Success Factors award and the company’s highest employee honor, the Hay Bale Award, in 2015. The Hay Bale Award is NeoSystems’ highest annual achievement given to the employee who overcomes insurmountable challenges and demonstrates NeoSystems’ Success Factors. Six “Success Factor” awards are also given out for Innovation, Growth, Expertise, Teamwork, Client-Focus, and Ownership.
